Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration in Stone Mountain, GA, is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to serve salaried employees within the Customer Excellence organization.

You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, support engagement, performance management, and talent development while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of HR experience, with strong SAP HRIS and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with SAP HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to salaried employees and leaders in Customer Excellence.
• Advise on employment policies and ensure legal compliance across policies and laws.
• Support recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and succession planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and drive improvements to support business goals.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
