Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
