Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• 6+ years in HR Shared Services or HRBP/HR Service Delivery in a complex organization.
• Expertise in employee relations, terminations, performance management, and investigations.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point and SME for complex associate and leader inquiries, ensuring compliant resolution.
• Interpret and clearly communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures across regions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, compensation, career development, and workforce actions.
• Guide through high‑risk situations including terminations, reductions in force, and investigations.
