Job summary

Flow is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to our corporate organization across multiple functions, states, and locations, including in-office and remote employees nationwide.

You will work with corporate leaders to translate business priorities into effective People strategies, coach managers through complex situations, and lead employee relations matters end-to-end while helping Flow scale and evolve its culture and programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted People partner to Flow's corporate organization across functions and levels.
• Build relationships with leaders to understand priorities, talent needs, and team dynamics.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, development, and organizational changes.
• Lead employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and risk mitigation.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity as Flow scales.
• Support the performance management lifecycle and recognize high-performing employees.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance and others for a seamless experience.
