Job summary

Stahl/Scott Fetzer Company, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives. You will partner with the President and leadership to drive workforce, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across a multi‑shift environment.

You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and drive engagement and retention through data-driven insights and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, and advising senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with President and leadership to translate priorities into workforce, organizational, talent, and leadership strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Oversee hourly and salaried talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
