Job summary

Sun City Hilton Head Community Association in Bluffton, SC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support leadership and 150 employees. This role partners with leadership to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensures compliance and effective HR programs across the organization.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, performance management, policy development, and HRIS activities, while coordinating with ASO and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of HR experience with exposure to employment laws, benefits, recruiting, policy administration, employee relations, training, etc.
• One year of lead/senior HR role experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and department heads.
• Manage recruitment, postings, pipelines, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
