The Human Resources Manager partners with leadership and employees to oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compensation, performance management, policy development, and employment compliance. This role also serves as the primary liaison with the organization’s Administrative Service Organization (ASO) and outside employment counsel.
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related Human Resources experience with exposure to various areas of Human Resources related functions (employment laws, benefit administration, recruiting, policy administration, employee relations, training, etc.). One (1) year of experience in a lead/senior Human Resources role.
