Core Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes

Benefits & Compensation

• Administer employee benefits and payroll systems
• Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews

Policy & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards
• Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems

Training & Development

• Track employee progress and gather feedback

Key Skills & Qualifications
