Job summary

Custom Goods LLC in Carson, CA seeks a human resources leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations across several facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 8 years progressive HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, timekeeping and safety, preferably in a warehouse/production environment.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ADP experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and workforce planning.
• Lead HR processes with SOPs, work instructions and program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Engage with temporary agencies and audit for compliance.
• Oversee HR functions including benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k), disability, PTO).
• Develop and deliver HR training programs and development initiatives.
• Plan recruitment and selection while educating managers on processes and diversity.
• Oversee learning and development activities and leadership training.
• Monitor HR communications to management and team members.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
