Job summary

The Senior HR Generalist role at Crowley Recruiting, LLC provides essential administrative and HR support to the full HR department, including tracking training records and coordinating classes. The position is located on a mine site south of Tucson, AZ (Helvita).

You will collaborate with leadership on performance management, implement HR improvements, protect personnel records privacy, and guide staff on company policies while ensuring compliance with laws. Mining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in mining or heavy construction environments.
• MSHA certification current, or willingness to renew.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership in performance management and coach on pipeline and succession.
• Implement HR projects and change management; advise stakeholders.
• Protect privacy of employee personnel records, including compensation data.
• Build capability through staffing, training, development and employee relations.
• Guide leaders on policies and HR programs; ensure legal compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive workforce planning and forecasting.
