Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HR experience in mining/construction/manufacturing sites.
• Strong knowledge of EEO and labor compliance.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and data integrity.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Administer site-related HR responsibilities and align with broader business initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR to localize policies and plans.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing to scale the workforce.
• Maintain HR files and records per legal and company requirements.
• Resolve conflicts through investigations and disciplinary guidance.
• Support shifting operational needs in a fast-paced project environment.
