Versant, a Nasdaq-listed media and entertainment company, seeks a senior Human Resources leader based at Universal City to partner with executives, influence strategy, and build leadership capabilities.

You will lead talent reviews, succession and workforce planning, coach executives, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to deliver integrated people solutions that drive business readiness.

Formación

At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders.
Experience advising executives on organizational design, talent management, leadership coaching, employee relations and workforce planning.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into practical people strategies.
Experience guiding leaders and teams through transformation, ambiguity, and growth.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning talent and workforce strategies with business priorities.
Advise and coach executives on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, and complex people decisions.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Total Rewards, and other HR Centers of Excellence to attract talent and deliver integrated people solutions.
Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends and inform decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop an HR Coordinator to ensure excellent service and consistent employee experience.
