Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, HR Employee Partner to drive HR processes for designated customer groups in a hybrid role based in the United States. The role involves advising leaders, resolving employee relations issues, and upholding HR policies to mitigate risk while delivering fair solutions.

You will oversee compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in handling employee relations issues.
• Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Executes HR processes to support designated customer groups
• Acts as trusted advisor to front, mid-level and senior leaders and employees
• Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and Ethics-related case investigations
• Models consistent application of HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure fair solutions
• Executes compensation, performance management and talent acquisition processes
• Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners
• Drives Talent Management strategies including workforce planning and succession planning
• Communicates proactive strategies on employee relations, training and leadership development
