Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead benefits administration, leave management, and employee relations across multiple sites. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA and compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting managers and staff with HR guidance, developing process documentation, and facilitating investigations into concerns or policy violations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification a plus.
• 7+ years’ experience in employee relations, benefits, leave and compensation administration in a high-volume workplace.
• Experience with ADA, FMLA and accommodations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits administration, leave management and employee relations for multiple locations.
• Respond to inquiries about plan provisions, enrollments and status changes.
• Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR processes and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
• Assist investigations of internal complaints and enforce company policies.
