GAF is seeking a Senior HR Partner to lead multisite HR functions including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, and Talent Management. You will partner with management as an employee advocate and change agent, delivering scalable HR solutions across salaried and hourly staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in exempt HR resources roles.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and Google Suite.
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment; agile and adaptable.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement people solutions to address enterprise and functional strategies.
• Act as a change agent to enhance organizational growth and development.
• Identify opportunities to modernize and standardize HR processes.
• Lead projects in the annual HR plan and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with Employee Relations COE on ER issues and leadership updates.
• Coordinate hourly and salaried interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
