Job summary

You’ll partner across HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and business leaders to deliver durable, scalable solutions, drive process improvements, and build operational dashboards and SOPs for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR ops/HR tech roles.
• Deep Workday experience with ownership of config, testing, reporting.
• Knowledge of core HR ops across lifecycle.
• Builder track record redesigning systems in scaling env.
• Staff-level scope owning broad problems end-to-end.
• Strategy-to-execution ability, governance and implementation.
• Strong service orientation with hands-on delivery.
• Systems thinking, process-design and problem-solving.
• Good judgment prioritizing work and speed.
• Clear implementation plans across initiatives.
• Influence across HR, IT, Finance and other functions.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Clear communication of technical concepts.
• Experience implementing workflows, automation, AI-enabled tools.
• Curiosity, humility and teaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and operating model for Workday and HR Operations domains.
• Senior escalation point for high-impact HR Ops issues; identify root causes.
• Lead Workday configuration and optimization across processes, security, reporting and integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal to translate needs into clear recommendations.
• Run HR service delivery with intake, triage, and measurable service standards.
• Translate recurring demand into improved workflows, ownership and SOPs.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end lifecycle processes: onboarding, changes, leaves, payroll touchpoints.
• Build dashboards and metrics for service demand, cycle time and data quality.
• Lead Workday release readiness, testing and change management.
• Create durable configuration records and knowledge-base content.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions with privacy and human review controls.
