Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Experience in a fast‑growing biotech/pharma or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with ADP, Radford, and MS 365; analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable HR operations and total rewards programs to support growth and talent strategy.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data‑driven programs and workforce insights.
• Design and govern integrated total rewards strategies including base pay, bonuses, equity, and recognition.
• Manage health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs and vendor relationships.
