Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role.
• Biopharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in compensation benchmarking and HRBP supporting senior leadership.
• Proven in leading HR initiatives, talent acquisition and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and effective in retaining employees.
• Lead annual compensation review with benchmarking data and cross-department calibration.
• Coordinate with Otsuka HR to leverage global health insurance and 401(k) programs.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with core values.
• Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and compliant resolutions.
• Oversee social media employer branding and intranet/website updates to support engagement.
