Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of multi-state HR experience required.
• Minimum of three years of company benefit administration experience required.
• Mortgage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and improve HR SOPs for efficiency and compliance.
• Administer company benefits and respond to employee relations issues.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on ADP.
