Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Minimum five years of multi-state HR experience.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll strongly preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HR SOPs for efficiency and compliance.
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes in HRIS.
• Administer benefits programs including health plans and leave management.
• Reconcile benefit invoices and manage self-bill payments.
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Support multi-state payroll tax accounts and registrations.
• Assist payroll processing and ensure tax updates.
• Communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Stay current with evolving HR regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
