Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, payroll, HR systems, and employee relations.
• Coach and supervise the HR Operations team and manage escalations.
• Advise managers on policy interpretation and employment risk.
• Lead HR vendors relations and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
