Prospera is seeking a Sr HR Operations Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, payroll, HR systems, and employee relations. You will coach the HR Operations team, advise on policy interpretation, and ensure compliant, values-aligned operations across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, vendor liaison, and escalation management, balancing strategic initiatives with daily HR operations to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations and HR operations, required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR operations required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising or coaching employees, managers, and HR staff required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits programs design, implementation, administration and strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees with compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as functional leader for HRIS and related HR technologies; implement and optimize systems.
