The role requires 7–10 years HR experience, strong leadership, and expertise in HRIS/HR technology. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with SHRM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-state setting.
• ≥5 years leading HR professionals and managing performance reviews.
• Experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a complex organization.
• 3+ years using HRIS and HR tech to support operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team, setting performance expectations.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes and related HR admin.
• Manage firmwide performance management and merit review processes.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and performance matters.
• Improve HR processes, workflows, and automation for efficiency and scale.
• Partner with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and projects.
