Hybrid work arrangement in a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities include managing tier-2 HR inquiries, end-to-end employee lifecycle tasks, regional compliance, and partnering with the GCC to streamline processes through automation and knowledge base

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services in a multinational tech company.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, automated workflows, and data privacy.
• Ability to analyze data and improve HR processes with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Tier 2 HR Operations inquiries across the Americas.
• Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle tasks including data changes and offboarding.
• Support ER and compliance, ensuring regional requirements are met.
• Collaborate with GCC to move high-volume tasks while preserving quality.
• Maintain knowledge base documentation in PANDA and core systems.
