Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to manage HRIS updates, payroll inquiries, and onboarding for the U.S. team in Irvine.

You will ensure accurate records, assist with audits, and support benefits, exits, and vendor coordination while helping new hires settle in and grow with the company. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR/Payroll experience, with hands-on HRIS/payroll system usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, HR Operations, Payroll, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with an HRIS and/or payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee changes and updates in the HRIS.
• Keep employee records accurate and up to date.
• Help resolve HR and payroll questions.
• Support HR reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Help new hires get ready for their first day.
• Coordinate onboarding, paperwork, I-9s, background checks, and system access.
• Support employee exits, including exit interviews, COBRA, and unemployment matters.
• Help employees navigate HR, benefits, and payroll questions.
• Provide payroll with accurate employee and compensation information.
• Review payroll changes and help troubleshoot issues.
• Work with payroll vendors when questions or problems arise.
• Help with benefits enrollments, changes, and monthly invoices.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Help prepare offer letters and new hire materials.
• Keep recruiting information and job postings organized.
• Help improve HR processes and systems as the company grows.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
