Job summary

Century Arms, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across Vermont facilities, driving policy execution, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

You will supervise HR staff and partner with leadership to ensure consistent employee relations and risk management. This full-time role requires strong multi-site HR leadership, federal employment knowledge, and a track record of strengthening processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, investigations, leave/accommodations, and HR operations.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certs preferred; experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily HR operations, set service priorities, and monitor workload across sites.
• Supervise HR staff; establish assignments, backups, and development plans.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, documentation, and recommendations with HR Director/legal counsel.
