Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR operations or HR administration with multi-state responsibility.
• Owns and configures an HRIS; not just data entry.
• Benefits administration in a multi-entity environment.
• Genuine command of employment compliance across state lines.
• Exceptional accuracy and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding across nine operating companies and ten states.
• Maintain employee documentation, I-9s, and audit-ready files.
• Process employee changes, transfers, promotions, and status updates accurately and timely.
• Own HRIS as system of record and build reliable payroll reporting.
• Develop HR reporting on headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, cost per hire.
• Automate manual processes and drive efficiency.
