Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience with HR Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR initiatives and change management.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, CFRA, ADA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
• Experience administering an HRIS and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience with immigration matters and benefits, leaves, and compensation cycles.

Aufgaben

• Own the HR Operations strategy, roadmap, operating model, and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and audits.
• Drive automation and standardization of HR processes, focusing on experience, scalability, and risk.
• Govern HR systems, data quality, access controls, and confidentiality.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, SLAs, and provide executive-ready updates.
• Grow and mentor the HR Operations team and manage external service providers.
• Oversee HR service vendors, performance, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal for programs.
