Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years HR experience.
Knowledge of employment law, benefits, leave administration, and employee relations.
Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, documentation.
Experience administering benefits and FMLA/leave processes.
Experience with HRIS and maintaining records.
Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers across Annandale.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, performance issues, documentation, and corrective action.
Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations with proper documentation.
Help ensure policies and HR practices are applied fairly and consistently.
Partner with CHRO on complex, high-risk, or strategic matters when appropriate.
Maintain confidential relationships and high-quality HR records.
