Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals across assigned client groups. You will drive workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management in collaboration with leaders.

This role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, performance initiatives, and data‑driven HR analytics to support the casino hospitality operation and tribal partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum six years of progressive HR experience in at least three disciplines: compensation, benefits, absence management, talent management, workforce management, or employee relations.
• Minimum three years as an HR Business Partner leading change management or workforce planning in large organizations.
• Experience with Tribal Governments and Casino-Hospitality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to deliver proactive HR support and programs.
• Lead workforce planning, job descriptions, onboarding, and staffing decisions.
• Guide performance management, IDPs, and PIPs with leaders.
• Coordinate training with HR Learning & Development and lead relevant sessions.
• Conduct stay/exit interviews and engagement assessments; analyze results.
• Collect HR metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure data ethics.
• Support leaders in change management and adoption metrics.
• Provide intake support for employee relations and ensure policy consistency.
• Perform other duties to support HR department operations.
