Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Sr Leave & Accommodation Specialist to lead end-to-end leave and accommodation cases, applying ADA/ADAAA and regulatory expertise. You will manage high‑risk cases, coordinate with Legal, HR and Leaders, and mentor teammates while ensuring compliant, timely outcomes.

You will maintain accurate case documentation in Workday, drive process improvements, and support audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years of directly managing complex leave and accommodation cases.
Hands-on expertise in interactive process and regulatory application.
Experience in high-risk or regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages a full caseload of complex leave and accommodation cases from intake through resolution.
Leads the interactive process by evaluating medical information and coordinating accommodations.
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance for complex matters while executing decisions.
Ensure real-time case documentation in Workday with data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide coaching and case consultation to junior team members and Managers.
