Addison Group is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager in Newark, DE to lead payroll, benefits, and compliance across a growing organization of about 250 employees. The role builds out an on-site HR team and consolidates functions across departments.

You will own payroll accuracy, benefits renewals, and 401(k) administration while driving talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR management experience with payroll and benefits depth.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, FMLA, ERISA compliance.
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for ~250 employees with accuracy and controls.
• Lead annual benefits renewals and Open Enrollment end-to-end.
• Manage 401(k) program including deferrals and employer matches.
• Maintain compliance and audit-ready HR records; report HR metrics.
• Oversee recruitment and employee relations across the organization.
• Manage vendor/broker relationships and service issues.
• Hire, develop and lead payroll and benefits staff; build org structure.
