Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks an HR professional to oversee all employment duties, benefit administration, and to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates. The role requires directing recruitment, benefits management, and HR compliance, with travel across the southeast region.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in HR Administration/Business Management, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in HR practices; familiarity with ADP is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in HR Administration/Business Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various work locations throughout the southeast region.
• Knowledge of Safety/OSHA/Workers' Compensation beneficial (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of employment including advertising, recruiting, interviewing, testing, placement of personnel, orientation programs, exit interviews.
• Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacation.
• Serve as primary contact to managers, employees, and legal counsel on HR matters.
• Maintain and update personnel files and HR reports as required by law.
