Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions seeks an experienced HR Site Manager to oversee human resources processes, payroll, compliance, and employee relations at our Farmers Branch, TX facility. You will work with senior HR management to implement policies and drive performance management.

The role requires seven years in HR generalist roles and two years in leadership, with strong communication and conflict-management skills. Travel and office-based work are expected, and the company offers robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
• At least seven years in a human resources generalist role.
• At least two years of management or team leadership.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS/Payroll system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of HR plans and procedures; assists in policy development and handbook maintenance.
• Coaches employees and guides management through disciplinary actions; conducts on-site investigations.
• Manages compensation programs, participates in salary surveys, and updates salary ranges.
• Maintains records and logs to demonstrate compliance with payroll, FMLA, OSHA and related requirements.
• Manages employee relations, conducts investigations, and handles exit interviews.
• Plans, assigns, and evaluates work of staff; supports benefits renewal and training materials.
• Develops training programs and delivers training to employee groups.
• Ensures payroll-related information is communicated to Payroll/HRIS Administrator.
• Manages performance management processes for Site.
• Performs other duties as required.
