Job summary

Our Community Our Kids is seeking an HR Manager to administer human resource plans, advise management on HR matters and champion employees. Under the DHR, you will align goals with the annual HR plan and support change initiatives.

You will collaborate with leadership, drive employee relations, performance management and HR processes, while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in HR functions; 2 years supervisory experience.
• Functional: multitask, detail-oriented, independent work, strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates with OCOK Leadership and HR teams.
• Provides HR guidance and input on processes and implementation within the business unit.
• Manages employee relations issues and investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of HR requirements and supports compliance and audits.
• Promotes positive employee relations, morale, productivity and retention.
• Supports workforce planning, succession planning and program restructures.
• Assists with benefits, wellness and employee experience initiatives.
