Job summary

Real Time Consulting (RTC) is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager in Phoenix, AZ to partner with the CFO on HR and business operations. The role covers HR, payroll, recruiting administration, compliance, policy optimization, and multi-state governance, with a focus on audit readiness and process improvement.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in HR administration and compliance, PHR/SPHR certifications, and hands-on experience in benefits, payroll, and recruiting within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of Payroll processing.
• 10+ years HR management experience with same level of responsibilities in HR, Benefits and Recruiting
• 10+ years HR administration and compliance experience.
• PHR Certification active; SPHR Certification a plus.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws and best practices
• Fundamental knowledge of health benefits and 401k plan administration

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and compliance activities and maintain data integrity.
• Manage benefits including renewals and open enrollment.
• Administer payroll for multiple states; coordinate year-end reporting with PR company.
• Recruiting support and ATS administration; onboarding and training.
• Ensure policies and procedures compliance; disciplinary actions guidance.
• Maintain registrations and state WC processes; support auditing and renewal activities
