Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager III for Norris Square in Cottage Grove, MN. The role develops HR systems aligned with campus strategies and corporate HR policies, reporting to the Campus Administrator.

The HR Manager oversees HR staff, coordinates with campus leaders, and drives recruitment, education, safety, performance, and benefits administration to support high-quality resident care and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in HR, with generalist or HR management focus.
• 3>
• 4-year college degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
