Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager III at GracePointe Crossing in Cambridge, MN. The role leads HR operations on-site, reporting to the Campus Administrator and collaborating with the leadership team to support resident care and campus goals.

The position requires a minimum of five years’ HR experience, a 4-year degree, and strong knowledge of HR functions, with a focus on compliant policies and employee relations.

Formación

• Five years in HR, generalist or HR management, with a 4-year degree.
• Competencies across HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, policy initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem solving, organization.
• Aligned with PHS mission and must communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in site leadership planning and implement strategies to ensure high quality resident care and operational goals.
• Develop and implement HR plans and systems: position design, recruiting, education, safety, performance, pay/benefits, recognition, records, employee relations.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Administer pay and benefits systems for employees.
• Implement corporate HR policy and systems on the campus.
