Job summary

Securitas USA seeks a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for the Atlanta, GA site, with a strong focus on intensive investigations and employee relations. You will manage a 3–4 recruiter team, oversee full-cycle HR, and partner with leaders to drive a positive, compliant culture.

You will ensure FMLA, ADA, LOA, licensing, and regulatory requirements are met while maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of full-cycle HR experience in a high-volume environment.
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience planning, conducting, and documenting workplace investigations.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to coach managers on performance and employee relations.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations in a large, high-volume environment, focusing on investigations and employee relations.
• Manage a team of 3–4 recruiters, oversee hiring events, and handle full-cycle HR tasks including FMLA/ADA/LOA.
• Ensure licensing, regulatory compliance, and policy documentation are up to date.
• Partner with local leadership to support a positive, high-performing culture and risk mitigation.
