LeoForce is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead the day-to-day HR function for a field-based organization. You will oversee employee relations, compliance, benefits, leave administration, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, partnering with leadership to support employees and scale processes.

The role requires 5+ years in progressive HR roles with management experience, strong employee-relations skills, and knowledge of employment law.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience.
HR management or senior-level HR experience.
Strong employee relations, investigations and performance management experience.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
Experience with benefits and leave administration.
Recruiting, hiring and onboarding experience.
Experience independently managing multiple areas of the HR function.
Experience with HRIS / talent management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day HR function for a field-based organization.
