Pilgrim’s is seeking a Complex Human Resources Manager to plan and administer HR policies across all phases of employment. This role reports to senior management and guides a team in recruiting, benefits, training, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HR management, strong knowledge of federal/state laws, proficiency with HR-SAP and MS Office, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Bachelor’s in HR or related field required.

• 5–7 years experience in HR management or supervision required.
• Broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• General knowledge of benefits and compensation administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill positions and conducts new employee orientation.
• Maintains records of benefits plans.
• Coordinates management training.
• Oversees complex compensation programs.
• Advises management on employee-related issues and policy implementation.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
