MPI is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee two manufacturing facilities in Western Massachusetts, guiding leadership and shaping an exceptional employee experience for 500+ staff. You will mentor HR professionals, drive workforce planning, and partner with operations to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced setting.

The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution, emphasizing employee relations, labor relations, investigations, and leadership coaching.

Qualifications

• Proven HR leader with manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Union and labor relations experience highly valued, including grievance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader across two facilities, partnering with site leadership to drive performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a HR team across locations, ensuring high-quality employee/leader support.
• Handle complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution with fair decisions.
• Foster labor-management partnerships through strong relations with union representatives.
• Coach leaders to strengthen capability and performance.
• Utilize workforce data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Lead change management to support growth and evolving needs.
