Job summary

International Monetary Fund seeks a Senior Human Resources Officer (Compensation and Employment) to design and lead compensation and employment frameworks. Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in HR, business, economics, or finance.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
  • Ability to lead complex programs and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, delivery, and enhancement of compensation and employment frameworks.
  • Advise HRD leadership and departments on pay decisions, offers, and job classification.
  • Prepare policy proposals, board papers, and staff communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the division in external engagements with key partners.
  • Oversee market benchmarking and the annual salary review process to ensure equity.
