Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department, ensure legal compliance, and implement talent strategy across the organization. You will supervise daily HR operations, drive staffing, employee relations, policy development, benefits, and training while partnering with senior leadership to advance our workforce and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in human resources.
• Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal, and ethical mindset.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
• Experience in HR.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, directs, develops, coordinates HR policies and staff to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the company mission and talent strategy.
• Oversees daily HR workflow and performance evaluations; handles discipline and terminations per policy.
• Collaborates with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, retention and talent management.
• Advises teams, fosters relationships and maintains employee relations; improves morale in partnership with management.
• Develops SOPs and HR processes; administers compensation, benefits, leave, training and development.
