Job summary

Imricor is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function at our Burnsville, MN site. You will direct a team including a Senior HR Generalist and a HR Specialist, driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement while ensuring policy compliance and safety requirements.

You will partner with leadership to execute talent strategy, manage HR systems, and support DEI initiatives in a high-growth medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years human resource experience, including 3+ years in human resource management.
• Experience in medical device industry and supporting international teams preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to execute HR and talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Provides guidance to HR staff, management, and staff on complex issues.
• Manages talent acquisition for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with managers on requirements.
• Analyzes compensation trends; proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs.
• Creates learning and development programs for internal opportunities.
• Implements and optimizes HR systems and tools ensuring integration with Finance and IT.
• Oversees employee investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations; escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintains knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and employment law; updates policies accordingly.
• Hire, train, and manage HR employees; lead DEI efforts.
