Job summary

Riderwood Village, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to partner with operational leaders across our Maryland community in Silver Spring with Erickson Senior Living.

You will drive employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership coaching, onboarding, and talent development to support residents, team members, and culture.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Coach and support managers in navigating complex employee matters and organizational challenges.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting strategies and support hiring outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and new employee orientation to create a welcoming experience.
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs and training initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and retention strategies.
• Oversee compliance with EEOC, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and related regulations.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Coordinate employee events, culture initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
• Utilize data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
