Riderwood Village, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to partner with operational leaders across our Maryland community in Silver Spring with Erickson Senior Living.
You will drive employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership coaching, onboarding, and talent development to support residents, team members, and culture.
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.
