Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with broad generalist duties.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law (Wage & Hour, ADA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, workers’ comp).
• SHRM-SCP/CP, SPHR or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning HR strategy with priorities.
• Develop scalable HR systems, policies, and practices to support growth.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and guide leaders through change with empathy.
• Strengthen employee engagement and culture through leadership development and accountability.
• Design leadership development programs and coach managers on performance and relations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives.
