Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the firm’s HR function across multiple offices. This senior role partners with firm leadership to design and implement people strategies, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and culture.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership, and will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and DEI initiatives within a growing professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP/SPHR desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide recruiting strategy across attorneys and business services
• Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring plans, forecasting, and search firm management
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics; ensure compliance across all hiring processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and culture
• Lead and develop the HR team, driving performance and accountability
• Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support DEI programmes in partnership with internal committees
• Oversee employment law compliance, policies, and handbook updates
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management processes
• Ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and audit-ready
• Provide oversight of HR operations including benefits, HRIS, and data governance
• Partner cross-functionally with payroll, finance, IT, and operations teams
• Support internal career development and progression programmes
