Job summary

Corgi is seeking a Head of HR to own hiring, development, compensation, and HR systems across multiple locations in the United States. This hands-on leadership role advises executives and partners with Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable people operations.

You will build onboarding, investigations, workforce planning, performance reviews, and culture programs while maintaining fairness and accuracy as Corgi grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad HR function responsibility.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple U.S. states, including salaried and hourly workforces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR leader advising executives and managers.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, HR records, systems, policies, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits, leave, and accommodations; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop employment practices across locations, wage/hour compliance, notices, and documentation.
• Lead headcount planning, role design, recruitment standards, offers, and fast yet disciplined processes.
• Establish clear performance expectations, feedback, and review practices; lead manager training.
• Drive culture initiatives and use data/tech to scale HR with the company.
